Their concierge offers 24/7 customer support before, during and after your stay, while their experts can help recommend the ideal accommodation for all occasions, including romantic retreats, weddings, family reunions and corporate events.

Carnival

Travel on, now: Carnival is a website offering cruises from a range of destinations including Alaska, The Bahamas, Hawaii and the Caribbean and the option to sail from 2-5 days, 6-9 days or 10+ days. As well as being able to select cruises for couples or families, you can also search by weddings and occasions, allowing you to find the perfect package for you.

Travel on, now: In Europe, Auto Europe generally matched all other sources, including self-described “discounters,” for offering the lowest rates. Think of it as the AutoRentals.com or Rentalcars.com of Europe.

Cruise.com

Travel on, now: Cruise.com is a cruise comparison website displaying offers on trips from a whole host of different companies, such as Royal Caribbean, Carnival and Disney. As well as being able to search cruises by destination, there is also the option of searching by deals and speciality cruises, be it a culinary cruise or a honeymoon cruise.

PetFriendly Accommodations

Travel on, now: Offering a selection of more than 10 million listings from around the world, Pet Friendly Accommodations has one of the largest accommodation databases currently available. Their partners include Booking.com, HomeAway, VRBO, and AirBnb, meaning they provide not only hotels, but motels, hostels, holiday homes and private lettings as well. They compare a range of pet-friendly properties all in one place and, according to their website, have helped over 3.3 million travelers find a place to stay.

Agoda

Travel on, now: Agoda doesn’t offer much as far as searching for flights, but if you’re looking for accommodations, it’s worth checking out. In addition to traditional hotels and resorts, Agoda lets you search for hostels and private houses.

Kayak

Travel on, now: Kayak is not an OTA, it’s a metasearch engine for travel deals. This site will look at all the other sites and show you where the best deals are.

Pet Travel

Travel on, now: Pet Travel is an online resource providing information for pet owners on everything from airline policies to acquiring a pet passport. Their database of more than 35,000 animal-friendly hotels, parks, restaurants and stores worldwide is an invaluable resource for those planning a trip with their pet.

Travel on, now: For European cities, the Sixt booking site is proof that higher-end companies occasionally offer specials better any other source. At the time of my search, the German company was running a “special” found to be the cheapest option in some cases, but didn’t specify the rental company.

Travel on, now: Princess Cruises is a great company to use to book your ideal cruise holiday, offering trips to over 380 different destinations across all seven continents, having won awards on everything from Best Cruise Ship Entertainment to Best Cruises for Food Lovers. Their website is simple to navigate, giving you the option to add in your specific travel itinerary or, if you’re not quite sure, leaving them all as ‘Any’ and hitting go to view the best deals available.

Hotels.com

Travel on, now: Despite its name, Hotels.com does offer hotel and air packages and even stand-alone flights! One of the best things about Hotels.com is their rewards program. When you stay 10 nights, you get 1 night free. The value of your free night is the average price of the 10 nights you stayed to earn it.

Airbnb

Travel on, now: From condos on the beach to eco-houses located in the middle of forests, there is no limit to what Airbnb can offer, whether you’re travelling for work or leisure.
