The Jaguars made an early impact in the NFL by clinching four consecutive playoff berths, two division titles, and two AFC Championship Game appearances from their second and fifth seasons of play. They are the youngest NFL expansion team to appear in a conference championship (by their second season in 1996, along with the Panthers) and clinch their conference's top seed (by their fifth season in 1999). The Jaguars have been less successful after their early seasons, with only three playoff appearances and one division title since 2000. Jacksonville is one of four NFL franchises to have never played in the Super Bowl.

In 1977, four years later, they qualified for the playoffs for the first time in franchise history and advanced to Super Bowl XII. They have won eight AFC Championships (1977, 1986, 1987, 1989, 1997, 1998, 2013, 2015), and three Super Bowl championships (1997 (XXXII), 1998 (XXXIII), 2015 (50)), and share the NFL record for most Super Bowl losses (5 — tied with the New England Patriots).
Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers enjoy a large, widespread fanbase nicknamed Steeler Nation. They currently play their home games at Heinz Field on Pittsburgh's North Side in the North Shore neighborhood, which also hosts the University of Pittsburgh Panthers. Built in 2001, the stadium replaced Three Rivers Stadium, which had hosted the Steelers for 31 seasons. Prior to Three Rivers, the Steelers had played their games in Pitt Stadium and at Forbes Field.

The team ranked among the best in the league in attendance and sold out every game since the 1999 season. The team's fanbase have been cited as one of the most intimidating in the NFL and possibly all sports.
